Full Circle Property Management & Full Circle Real Estate was formed in 1986 as Rickert Property Management by Wayne W. Rickert and is located in Columbus, Ohio. 

 

Dennis Swartz, President, has been active in property management and real estate sales since 1986 and is also a licensed broker and former real estate instructor at Columbus State Community College and Hondros College.

Full Circle Property Management (FCPM) is a client-focused organization serving the needs of homeowner associations, condominium associations, commercial and investment property owners. RPMI is dedicated to building long-term relationships based on a solid foundation of integrity, professionalism and service. Our goal is to serve our clients better than any other property management company.

Full Circle Real Estate is a full service Real Estate Company offering Buying and Selling Services for anyone from first time home buyers, to Investors living out of area.  We are also available to assist with finding rental homes.

In addition to our portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations, commercial property, and apartments we also individually manage over 400 rental homes and condos throughout Central Ohio.
